  • New Open Box. Pots are in protective Hexclad drawstring bags. The tempered glass lids come complete in their original lid cardboard boxes with protective film. The originbal box is included but may have cosmetic wear/damage from a warehouse storage environment.

Cleaning

  • Soak in soapy water then scrub.

  • We offer a 30 day return policy, items must be returned in the condition as received. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer unless an error was made by us. In our experience manufactures often deny 3rd party purchase (online marketplaces) warranty claims unless purchased from an authorized distributor.
