Shipping: 

Items purchased by 3pm central standard time are shipped same day. We ship all items either UPS, or USPS depending on weight and cost. All items are shipped with tracking. Items over $200.00 require signature for delivery. We can only ship to the address on the order at the time of payment. We CAN NOT change the shipping address after your order has been placed.

Warranty / Return Policy

We offer a 14 day warranty against manufacture defects only. Serial numbers for each item are recorded and attached to your order at the time of shipment. Your serial number can be found below the part number on your cover and bladder, and above your part number on your tub liner. We are not an authorized distributor nor affiliated with Saluspa, Coleman, or BestwayUSA. In our experience the above manufactures will not honor warranty claims for online purchases made outside of their authorized distributors.
